400 g Vermicelli noodles
100 g White onions
40 g Spring onions
100 g Celery
300 g Pork
200 g Shrimps
4 g Red chili
40 ml Lime juice
40 ml Thai fish sauce
40 g Brown sugar
4 g Maki seasoning
First, take your noodles and let them soak in cold water for a while, until they become soft. Once soft, cut the noodles into 10cm lengths and place them in a bowl.
Prepare the white onions by slicing them Chinese style, and the spring onions by slicing them into lengths. The celery should be chopped on an angle. Once they are all prepared, mix in the sliced vegetables together with noodles.
Next, you need to blanch the ground pork and the shrimp. Once they are both cooked through, add them to the noodles.
