While being focused om all that tasks we forgot to takt pictures to inform our friends who are not in Dumaguete about all news and improvements. We are doing better in the future, promise…

Last Day in Casablanca

Casablanca opened for a last time at the old location. In a old tradition, regular guests were invited for a “Aussaufen”. That means nothing else than sitting together talking about good times and empty all bottles which are left.

From the Casablanca staff a big THANK YOU to all our guests who supported us over the last 2.5 years. We hope to see you all in our new place at the Boulevard.

We are open from 7am until midnight and have 3 quality buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner for 150 Peso each. Casablanca Restaurant is Moving to the Boulevard

We will move with our Restaurant from the old location right to the center of Dumaguete’s Boulevard. After intensive renovation it all comes into shape and the opening will be on the 31h of march. With a new state-of-the-art kitchen a beautiful outdoor area (where you are safe from vendors) you are welcome Dumaguete’s best kitchen in the middle of the Boulevard. What do you ask more…

He did it again

Our November hero Juergen (Christmas in November) did it again. The victim was again our lovely Jenny. After a short holiday she returned to our Bar at the Boulevard: Bogarts where she got overwhelmed by Juergen who opened his wallet again for a 20 Peso Tip. Up to now, Jenny is still smiling in disbelieve. If you want to check that out, just visit our Bogarts Bar at the Boulevard.

The Casablanca Team likes to wish all guests and friends a healthy successful 2010.

2010 will be a year full of Events for the Casablanca Group, which has seen the first step with establishing a new meeting-point for locals and foreigners at the Rizal Boulevard:  Bogarts

It is no secret anymore that the location of the Restaurant will also transfer to the Rizal Boulevard. At present the renovation of the building runs on High Speed and we are looking forward to move there before March 2010.

Furthermore the Casablanca Group will open the Dumaguete Academy of Culinary Arts (DACA) this year, where we will educate Students according to European and International Standards following the Dual-Educational system. More Information about DACA will be published soon.

The countdown for Bogarts at the Boulevard is ticking. We will open in a few days at the location of the former Waterfront Cafe and Adventure Diveshop.

Bogarts will serve breakfast from the early hours and offers all kinds of Snacks until late night. two Kinds of Draft beer and a big variety of imported and local drinks will be served.

Bogarts will be a perfect place to end a day and start into the night.

… or it was Christmas, Eastern, Birthday and Full Moon … all in one Day.

After 2 Years patronizing Casablanca Restaurant Juergen S. from G. opened his wallet like never seen before and squeezed out a ground-breaking tip for the staff which rocked their world. The picture is taken just seconds before the outburst of “Tears of Joy and Appreciation”
